What we process

Bib number and race — used to find your result in the public official timing data and your moment in the footage. Your email — used to send you your clip link, and added to our mailing list for occasional product news (every email has a one-click unsubscribe). Official results — your name, splits and finish time as published by the race’s public tracker, cached so your page and overlays render quickly.

Uploads and exports

A photo or clip you upload is stored privately and used only to render your exports — keeping it means your result page can show it again when you come back. It is not published, not used for anything else, and never used to train anything. Rendered exports and download links expire and are periodically cleaned up; if you want an upload deleted, email [email protected] and it is removed promptly.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record — your card details go to Stripe, never to us. We store only what we need to honour a purchase: what was bought, for which race + bib, the amount, and the email it is tied to.

Analytics and infrastructure

We use Plausible, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics tool that shows aggregate page counts — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking. The service runs on servers in the EU; files are stored with Backblaze and email is delivered via Mailgun and Google Workspace.

Your rights

Want your lookups, email, or cached result data deleted — or a copy of what we hold about you? Email [email protected] from the address in question and it is handled, usually the same day. Unsubscribing from the mailing list is one click in any email.
